What we require of ourselves and of our manufacturing partners — and what we'll publish so you can hold us to it.
Furava is in pre-production. The commitments below are the conditions we're building under, not achievements we're claiming to have completed.
Manufacturing requirements

Certificates of analysis
We require a COA for every individual ingredient, plus a finished-product COA for each production run. Identity, potency, and contaminant screening.

Stability testing
Stability documentation across the full shelf life, with particular attention to the omega-3 fraction and the postbiotic component — the two most likely to degrade in a dry format.

Formula integrity
Even distribution of actives across the full container, so the last scoop matches the first. Underappreciated, and a real failure mode in granulated products.
NASC certification
Our manufacturing partner is NASC (National Animal Supplement Council) certified. NASC membership requires ongoing quality audits, adverse event reporting, and label compliance review — it's the closest thing this category has to an independent quality bar, and it's voluntary, which is exactly why it's worth choosing a partner who holds it.
How we talk about what it does
Pet supplements in the United States sit in a regulatory space between state feed law and federal drug regulation. That ambiguity gets exploited constantly — you'll see products marketed with language that would be illegal on a human label.
We hold ourselves to structure and function language. Furava supports healthy joints; it doesn't treat arthritis. Furava supports cardiac function; it doesn't prevent heart disease. The distinction isn't cosmetic, and we won't blur it because a bolder claim would convert better.

No proprietary blends
Every ingredient disclosed at its individual dose. If we're unwilling to publish the number, it doesn't belong in the formula.

Weight-tiered dosing
No single universal scoop. Dosing scales with body weight, because pharmacology does.

Canine-specific evidence
Human research is a starting point, not a justification. Ingredients are assessed on what the evidence says about dogs.

Defensible over impressive
We'd rather ship seven ingredients we can defend individually than fourteen at doses too small to matter.

No trend-chasing
If an ingredient is in the formula, it's because of the evidence, not because it's having a moment in the longevity market.

Longevity support works over months and years. We won't imply otherwise to shorten a purchase decision.
